I have been trying to educate young marketers for the past five years on how they can make money on the Internet. It hasn't been an easy task. I haven't had trouble writing the information or getting the information out, the problem is finding a way to get other marketers to believe what I am saying. It is so easy to want to believe someone when they tell you how much money they make and how they can show you how you can be making more money than you could ever dream of. I should know I believed them for over four years. This is yet another attempt to try and convince you that there is no easy and fast way to make money on the Internet, if there was every one would be doing it and as we all know most people don't make a lot of money on the Internet.

What You Should Do If Your Are Serious About Making Money On The Internet

This is not a course on how to make money on the Internet, but I do have a few suggestions for you. The first thing you should do is find out what you are interested in. The reason for this is you will be doing this for years. Why do most people want to leave their job, it's because they don't like their job. Why would you give up your job to start making money on the Internet if you didn't enjoy what you were doing on the Internet. You are just giving up one job you don't like for another job you don't like. You may think that you are going to make so much money you don't care how much you hate it. You may make a lot of money, but what if it takes you two years to start making that money, will you be able to get through the hard times, what if you end up not making any money, so make sure you look for a niche you would like to work in. After you have found a niche to work in, look for a good ebook on marketing or look for a good mentor that will work with you and guide you in the right direction. A good book should explain the steps to setting up a business on the Internet, it should give you an overview of affiliate marketing, and some of the best ways of advertising. Don't be looking for any book to give you the exact way you can make money, because all you need are the basics and once you have the basics you just need to find a system that works for you. This is what I have been trying to get across for years. Once you have the basics the secret that everyone is looking for is doing research and tracking what you are doing, so you can do it better. There will always be a new twist that will help you every once in a while, but the difference between people making money on the Internet and those that don't is after learning the basics some are willing to do research and testing what works for them and others are not willing to do that and keep looking for a secret that will make the whole process simple. The people that continue to look for a short cut will never find it, just make sure you are not one of them.
